Two new selection indexes for the Australian Brahman Breeders Association have been released in conjunction with the December 2022 Brahman BREEDPLAN analysis. The new indexes are the:

• Production Index
• Live Export Index

The two new selection indexes will replace the previous Australian Brahman selection indexes and were developed by the Australian Brahman Breeders Association in conjunction with staff from Tropical Beef Technology Services (TBTS) at the Agricultural Business Research Institute (ABRI).
