BREEDPLAN is owned by and has developments funded by the industry organisations Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA), the University of New England (UNE) and the New South Wales Department of Primary Industries (NSW DPI).

This independence from breed societies and large corporates allows BREEDPLAN to offer an unbiased genetic evaluation service based on scientifically validated methods and technologies. This independence also means that there is no incentive for BREEDPLAN to upsell supporting products and services unless they have been shown to benefit our clients.
